Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have an official Shopify app?
Yes, we have an officially approved app within the platform, but it is not publicly listed. After signing up with NAP Ready, an onboarding process begins, allowing you to connect your Shopify store to our platform.
Why isn’t the app visible in the Shopify App Store?
To be publicly listed in the Shopify App Store, an app must use Shopify’s mandatory billing system (Shopify Billing). However, NAP Ready operates as an external platform that stores data for fiscal and compliance purposes.
Since we serve only Bulgarian businesses with very specific legal requirements, we prefer to operate outside Shopify’s billing system. This allows us to preserve your order history even if you migrate to another platform or stop selling online.
Will NAP Ready charges be included in Shopify payments?
No. Your Shopify subscription does not include the NAP Ready subscription. This way, you receive a proper invoice for every payment made to us from a Bulgarian company.
What are the benefits of being billed separately?
There are several benefits. The main one is that we can securely store your accounting data and order history for up to 5 years, regardless of whether you continue your business or switch platforms.
Another advantage is that you receive a direct invoice for every payment from us (a Bulgarian company), which is fully recognized as a business expense.
Your sales history remains independent of your Shopify account status.
