Risk Monitor is not a public database of "unreliable customers" and does not function as a site for freely searching people. The module is designed to work carefully and only within the NAP Ready ecosystem.
- No Public List: Customer data is not published on a public page and is not accessible outside NAP Ready.
- Merchants See Only Their Own Signals: Stores have access only to the signals they have submitted themselves.
- No Disclosure of Third-Party Data: Another store cannot see who submitted a signal, what note was left, or what internal data is attached to the order.
- Risk Indicator Displayed: When necessary, the system shows an aggregate warning without revealing another party's customer list.
The goal of the module is not to label people. The goal is to help merchants make a more informed decision for cash on delivery orders.
Activate NAP Ready
Submit a Signal Directly from the Order
If a COD order was unclaimed, refused upon delivery, or contained incorrect data, you can submit a signal directly from the order details in NAP Ready.
- Linked to a Real Order: The signal is submitted from a specific order, not via free entry into a public database.
- Clear Reason: A reason is specified, such as unclaimed shipment, delivery refusal, or incorrect data.
- Additional Information: A note, courier, or tracking number can be added when necessary.
- Store Control: Each store sees its own submitted signals in NAP Ready.
This is how the NAP Ready ecosystem is built on real commercial situations, not on arbitrary public claims.
The System Becomes More Useful Over Time
Risk Monitor also uses automatic indicators but treats them carefully. For example, a canceled COD order does not automatically mean the customer is risky. There could be a completely normal reason.
- No Hasty Conclusions: A single automatic signal by itself is not enough for a serious warning.
- History Accumulation: In recurring cases, the system can flag heightened attention.
- Less Noise: Email notifications are sent only for more serious risks.
- A Fair Start: Initially, the module won't catch every potential risk, as the database will be built up over time.

- Timely Notification: Receive an alert when there's a reason to pay attention to a COD order.

- Direct Link to the Order: From the email, you can open the specific order in NAP Ready.
