The new Accounting menu in NAP Ready

In our effort to constantly improve the platform and make your daily work easier, we have created a new module in the NAP Ready dashboard — "Accounting".Interestingly, the idea didn't come from us, but from one of our partners who was already using NAP Ready integration for XML audit files to the NRA.After sharing that it would be convenient to see summarized accounting data directly on the platform — we took on the implementation.

What does the Accounting module offer?

The module is still in its early stages of development, but it is built on a solid foundation that will be built upon over time. Our goal is for it to become a an indispensable assistant for accountants and online store owners.

In its first version, the "Accounting" dashboard displays summarized information about orders placed through your connected online stores, arranged in a clear and structured manner:

• Orders
• Total with VAT
• VAT amount
• Payment methods:
  • Card payment + number of orders + total amount
  • Payment by bank transfer + number of orders + total amount
  • Cash on delivery payment + number of orders + total amount
• Customer type:
  • Individuals clients
  • Business clients
• Regions:
  • Orders from the EEA
  • Orders outside the EEA

All amounts in euros – ready for 2026

All values ​​in the dashboard are displayed in currency euro (€).The reason is clear — there are less than two months left until the official introduction of the euro as the unit of payment in the Republic of Bulgaria. Instead of introducing changes at a later stage, we built the module so that it would be fully compatible with the new currency.

The system automatically recalculates all amounts according to fixed rate 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN, so the data you see in the dashboard fully corresponds to the real value of your orders — without discrepancies.

Opportunities available by 2025

At the current time of creating the module, our partners using the platform can filter data by a period of their choice and export it to a PDF document.

Upcoming improvements

In the next versions we plan to add:

• automatic export of accounting reports to PDF and Excel format;
• opportunity for summarization by stores, customers and periods;
• integration with accounting systems and CRM platforms.
