Vision of electronic receipts
The visual identity of electronic receipts is almost identical to those issued by a fiscal device. Of course, electronic digital receipts issued by NAP Ready have a slightly different look and nice functionalities.
- Branding: The electronic receipts issued for online stores by the NAP Ready platform are branded with your company logo.
- Number sequence: According to the requirements of Regulation H-18, our electronic receipts follow a ten-digit sequence.
- Supplier: The left part displays your company data, as required by Regulation H-18 for issuing digital receipts.
- Customer: In the right part, the data of the customer who placed the order is extracted and saved in the customer section.
- Items: NAP Ready electronic receipts separate product information from other sections, with each product displayed on only 1 line, using an abbreviation of the name.
- Compliance with the requirements for the introduction of the Euro: Below the total amount of each electronic receipt, the amount converted into Euros is also displayed.
Our electronic receipt covers absolutely every requirement of Regulation H-18 and the National Revenue Agency for the presence of mandatory attributes so that it can be legitimately provided to your customers!
Branding the digital receipt
Unlike other similar solutions on the market, NAP Ready provides the ability to brand electronic receipts with your company logo regardless of whether you are on the highest or lowest pricing plan. Your logo will be displayed proudly at the top of the digital note.
According to the requirements of the VAT Act, as well as all other regulations, the receipt also has a ten-digit numerical sequence. The best thing is that when migrating from another solution, you have the option to start from the next number of your receipts. You set the number from which the next generation should start, so that you do not have to explain yourself to the NRA later.
The requirement under Regulation H-18 for the presence of customer data
Compliance with Regulation H-18 is absolutely fulfilled. Our electronic receipts contain both your business data and the data of your customer who placed the order through your online store.
Your digital receipts meet the requirements of the National Revenue Agency.
According to the changes promulgated in the State Gazette No. 42 as an amendment to Regulation H-18, electronic receipts are allowed if they contain the data of the customer who purchased the goods from the online store.
List of products in the digital receipt
As in every cash receipt issued by a fiscal device, our digital receipts contain a list of each purchased product, its quantity, unit price, amount, and the group under which the online store operates and is registered with the National Revenue Agency.
What's different with us is that when your customer pays for their order with a card, in most cases they also pay the cost of delivery. We've taken that into consideration! If your order is via Cash on Delivery, the delivery amount is not included in the receipt.
Digital receipts ready to accept the Euro
A very hot topic lately, but… The Euro will be accepted in Bulgaria, and it is important for us that all our users meet the requirements. Our digital receipts also show total amount in Euro, exactly as required by Regulation H-18. Of course, we have not omitted the explicit requirement to display the fixed exchange rate.
